BCPS converted the Home & Hospital instructional delivery to a blended e-learning environment that utilizes web-conferencing and a learning management system. Participants will explore the foundational knowledge of blended instruction and the tools currently employed at the new e-Learning Center to meet these needs. An overview of the planning, development, and implementation will identify pedagogical advantages and managerial benefits of applying the blended model.
