Maryland Learning Links (MLL) is a new resource for anyone interested in early intervention and special education. Featuring blogs,discussions, multimedia, and narrative, MLL is organized across six channels that feature CTE's expertise in assistive and universal technology, data-informed decision-making, and online PD, combined with MSDE's clear direction on policy and process. The designer, writers and evaluator will attend to answer questions and to invite the audience to submit content.
