In this hands-on workshop, learn how to create 2-minute lessoncasts that provide customized, on-demand professional development. A lessoncast provides teachers access to what they need when they need it in an easily digestible format. Through the embedded collaborative process, teacher leaders will clarify and make more concise their explanations of effective teaching practices. Participants will leave the workshop with a completed lessoncast -- a 2-minute, sharable video explaining the what, why and how of a single lesson idea or strategy—as well as access to those created by other participants. Experience with screencasting is helpful, but definitely not necessary.
