We will be discussing effective ways to manage a classroom with multiple adults using creative strategies to engage all students with the teachers in the room. We will be reviewing the planning process, organization, and communication needed for effective co-teaching. We will be reviewing the importance of establishing mangagement systems and exchanging roles so all students build relationships with the adults in the classroom.
